Every year St Mary’s Parish at Hexham organise a Torchlight Marian Procession to commemorate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
This year, the Procession will take place on Friday 6th December at 7.00pm, and will be led by Bishop Robert Byrne, Bishop of Hexham and Newcastle.
Please meet for the Rosary at Beaumont Park at Hexham. There will then be a Procession to St Mary’s Church for Benediction. Refreshments are then served by the Parish.
There will be a Retiring Collection, the proceeds of which will go towards the work of the Diocesan Hospitalite.
